SHYC Cycling Report

Over the past year, under my leadership, SHYC have been working to produce a report promoting the expansion of cycling infrastructure in the borough. As we are passionate about protecting the environment, it was a natural progression to support active travel modes.

I am now proud to share our completed report which has been shared with local leaders at a borough and county level to contribute to their future decision making. The full report can be viewed here.

I am already pleased with the reception we have received, with our extensive survey of local young people contributing positively to the council’s most recent consulation on a Frimley to Camberley cycleway.

I hope that SHYC have continued success in the future as I move on to university and start the next chapter in my life.
